BOCA RATON, Fla, Feb. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Spirit of Women Health Network and "Carlos by Carlos Santana" footwear announce today the launch of the Red Shoe Celebrity Auction, an online auction of celebrity-autographed footwear to benefit several health organizations including the Peripheral Arterial Disease (P.A.D.) Coalition.
"It's exciting to have Carlos Santana's organization and other celebrities join our fight against heart disease, which has now been the number one killer of American women for nearly a century," said Josh Davis, president, Spirit of Women.
Throughout the year, celebrities will autograph one shoe from each pair of red shoes that have been donated by "Carlos by Carlos Santana" footwear, and individuals will be able to bid on the shoes through Ebay.
